The Watcher operator is not longer considered Tech Preview. This reverts commit 119a9b9.
From now on, watcher-operator will be deployed by the openstack-operator and not as an standalone one. This reverts commit d0d5be5.
The watcher-operator is now integrated in the openstack-operator and installation in standalone mode is not longer supported. This patch is modifying the documentation to reflect the new way of working.
